QUOTE(NyD-WiLL @ Nov 23 2016, 08:32 PM) Hi, planning to buy some Logitech gaming peripherals online. 11street or lazada is better? First timer here. My main concern, is it hard to claim warranty if buy online? Lazada is sort of like a portal. The warranty is provided via the seller in Lazada. Buy from reputable sellers (ie. refer to the ratings of the seller).

QUOTE(NyD-WiLL @ Nov 23 2016, 11:58 PM) Ya is fine. Just want to know which store you purchased from. I don't mind paying a bit more as long as the seller is legit. Sorry first time buying online. Really scare meet fake seller then my RM500+ gone. You can also get some gadgets from reputable sellers in LYN. I have bought many gadgets online from hikari85, Dotatech and etc.

Any of you guys installed Overwatch software for Logitech peripherals to control the RGB?
I find it quite annoying and I am going to uninstall it shortly.

Still cheaper than the retail shops which I saw during my trip in Malaysia (ie. G900 for RM699).

This is the first time that I have heard of Logitech G810.
A quick review, it appears to use Romer G switches. Quite expensive for a non-cherry MX switches I guess (I have like 7 mechanical keyboards ranging from Ducky to Corsair).
Price probably due to the RGB lighting.

QUOTE(silrave @ Nov 29 2016, 01:14 PM) corsair mkb look nicer than logitech but price for corsair not cheap also QUOTE(kevyeoh @ Nov 29 2016, 01:57 PM) I got my corsair silent RGB series for like rm400 or so only via Lazada with discount coupons... so my keyboard and G900 mouse total still less than rm900.... To be honest, "gaming" brand mechanical keyboards are generally not as solid as these brands (ie. Filco, Ducky, Leopold and etc) as they are established brands only for mechanical keyboards. My Corsair K70 Lux RGB is definitely less solid than my Ducky keyboards and Filco Keyboards (even the wireless version).

QUOTE(NyD-WiLL @ Dec 1 2016, 08:20 PM) I see. Because i panicked after can't find any company info from them such as address, website and facebook. I planning to cancel the order because of this. May i know how we claim warranty if our mouse got problem in the future? I remember the invoice will have the company's detail such as address, phone no. and etc. Should be able to contact them, if anything.

QUOTE(NyD-WiLL @ Dec 3 2016, 05:45 PM) Ya. Your local shop is really good to you. My local shop sell RM680. Really sien. First time having such bad experience. Guess no fate with this mouse. Will continue to stick with my Mamba. Anyone have experience with cancel order and refund from Lazada? Lazada protects the buyer. In case you do not get your item ordered, they will refund your money via ur creditcard. Happened to me once previously. I think it is more likely delayed than cancelled.
