guy,
i going to get G510 tomolo..
i just wonder how is the backlit quality when in total darkness?
it is bright enough??

In exact dark place, its look quite bright.

At bright place, it look a bit dim but is much more better than G15.

JUst wondering is there any logitech show centre, where I can try the Logitech G27.. Thought of getting one, but want to test it first.. Otherwise might regret buying it later.. Thanks!

I remember Mid Valley there's a shop got demo unit of G27. Not to mention with nice racing seat also brows.gif

But since there's some renovation going on there, I'm not very sure the shop still at there or not.

So means G510 original height without the using the adjustable tilt is 3.5cm, so should can fit into the drawer that steven mentioned.

I'm a new user of Logitech G700 and so far the mouse is doing great. In comparison to Mamba, the only thing which G700 lacks is the precision in wireless mode. Other than that, it's a very good mouse.

Pros:
- Exceptionally well battery life unlike Mamba which is crap
- Great software (setpoint) and not laggy like Mamba's software
- Cheap and not a rip off like Mamba

is this using battery pack like the Mamba or rechargeable AA batteries??

does the wireless mode lags movement wise....i read a lot of complain on lagginess especially when battery low (down to 1 bar) hmm.gif

I just found something.

G510 with height of 1.5 inches at he LCD and 2.0 inches with the adjustable tilt extended.

Convert yourself to get the figure, anyway, roughly estimate 1.5' is less than 4cm.

It uses AA batteries and wireless mode works fine. Those reviews are probably using old setpoint software and firmwares. Mamba is a lot crappier than this surely smile.gif

I see, it only uses a single AA rechargeable battery rite? It's been almost a month since my Mamba is sent for warranty and its still not back yet....I think i gotta get the G700 soon. My current ciplak sensonic mouse is not doing me any good doh.gif
