Sierra Residence was soft launch on 23 September 2006. VP on 12 February 2010. so i think ok lor.

kiara offer full dibs. so no need worry la. developer will complete it as earlier as they could to save their own pocket money. common sense:)

kiara 1 had sold out during soft launch earlier. so if u keen can have a look at z residence or kiara 2.

Still many bank will be EF for this project...no worried.
alot of policies / infomation have to gather for the EF.
Why not the developer dont let HLB in the EF list instead HLB not giving EF for this project?
My 1cents and no hard feeling for those who working in HLB.

Hello, i bought from you few months ago. I called you last week and you let me know all the S&P are with the lawyers now for stamping but the lawyer let me know the S&P are all with the developer and awaiting your side to return the signed copies. Alvin, can you please advise what is happening now  ?

Called him previously but gave me wrong information thus i called the lawyer  . I called the lawyer again few days ago and visited the sales office on the same day. Both told me that the developer only signed part of the SnP but did not confirm the SnP date thus the lawyer can't do stamping. The lawyer told me a lot of the buyers have started complaining on the progress. I visit the site almost every week and if i am not mistaken there are only 2 machines doing piling and the developer only done 20 out of 200 plus of piles . I have asked few bankers who know about the project and according to them, the developer take time to get approval from government to built the access road and the complaints from bukit OUG side is not really a major issue now. This is the first major construction project by Kiara so most probably they are a bit messy. This might be a good investment as it is quite near to the LRT station but most probably it will take longer time to be completed. Ya, the sales agent told me the delay of Kiara 2 is because the developer has not obtained the approval for the project, most probably they will launch it in Oct.
