This condo looks sibeh soso only. Only good on location when lrt jalan and road beside open.. Already can sell sibeh high price. Sibeh Geng!

think many flippy into this project. especially agents.

who cares? as long as sell after vp. let the sub buyer take over the key and suffer.

request for developer to repaint. sibeh hard. if sold out liao lagi susah right?

too bad... launch price consider sibeh low at that moment. even 1year + ago.
still consider low at this area new launch.

after VP still need to bear with a little jialat access road for a while. until the lrt road open.

for internal service hmmmm..... don't have good feeling about it.
wait form a jmb to tackle the issue one by one maybe?
worst case... resident need to self-saving liao.

Yes thats worse case. But its not the case with KR2 now. We still have alot of time to deal with this and ensure the same mistakes are not repeated by the developer. If the owners of KR2 keep silent, then surely the developer isnt gonna spend money to provide us with quality paintwork. They have cut corners with KR1 and diluted the paint and thats why the external finish is at the present condition. Stand near the entrance and you will see just how thin the paint is. This kind of paint will not last and before year end ull see the cracks, peeling and discoloration.

continue get their job "done" wipe their ass and walk away?

need to see this developer track record. if dulu also macam like that in future hard to change.
of coz they will always price lower than any others property around to attract people come buy the "good deal"
some responsible 1 will still find a way to improve it. the house you stay is their pride and face-si.
