Hi Guys

Just wondering do you really need a confinement lady or center to take care of the newborn. They are expensive and from what I read normally the confinement lady does not do anything besides cooking and bathing the baby plus all the ingredients need to be bought by ourselves.

We do not really follow the Chinese tradition hence our dilemma
