Confinement Lady, Recommendations

For the good confinement lady, it's a blessing to have her helps
However after read the threads and some other website, and some have nasty experience with confinement lady and they charge minimum RM 3k for 1 month. And the mother are OK to be bullied by the confinement lady and yet pay the RM 3k + ang pow even if the confinement lady does not do her work... Is this a norm and acceptable practise to pay a full amount with ang pow even if the confinement lady does not do her work?  Btw, 3+k a lot of $$$....  |
