QUOTE(ziggy87 @ Mar 4 2011, 10:57 AM) sifus..my woofer at the boot is sliding whenever i take hard corners..even at slow speeds Go Ace hardware and get those L-shaped brackets and bolt down your woofer to the boot floor board. If you're hardworking enough, setup a clip system to clip the woofer in place so it's easily removable. Or get a long strip of velcro from a tailor and velcro your sub to your floor boardi didnt feel it moved until i open the boot.. any simple solution that can solve this? |

I use 2 pcs of anti-slip rubber.(the one people use to put handphone on dashboard.) - non-slip n removable.. if semi-permanent installation, try double sided tape. both method will have no screw holes mark on the car n woofer box. |

double side tape is not strong enough. ACE hardware sells velcro. Get those industrial strength velcro is good enough to hold the sub in place

now i'm thinking, even if i secure the woofer box on the carpet, i guess the carpet will still move at hard corners due to the weight of the woofer hmm

bro howie, my satria neo stock HU is already good for me as i'm not really an audiophile. my complaint is the rattling sound from the front speaker when i crank up the volume~ can sound dampening resolves this issue? it feels like the trims on the door is a bit longgar thus will vibrate when i crank up the volume... please advice~ and let say if i want to upgrade ICE later, do i need to redo the sound dampening? i mean, do i have to buy new mat?
