if the cable very long then the transmit data will become not very cleaner ??
*
yes, if not mistaken there is a standard length before using any sort of booster thingy.

then wat connection is the best for logitech???

i have analog and spdif connection oni from my mobo..there is no coax connection...

if coax will be better over both analog and spdif...should i get another soundcard or wat should i do???

any1 can guide me??
*
since u have only spdif, then use it. coax & optical are similar. try it out first. no need to buy extra soundcard. unless u wish too.

hope this help, as digital out has either optical or coaxial. check the plug properly before buying any cable. like my mobo comes with coaxial & optical output.
