Same usage as tripod, but need to hold it and won't take much space compared to tripodPhotography The Official Nikon Discussion thread V3, Dark Lord going strong

QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Jan 8 2011, 11:35 PM) Rob target spotted. Aim the black bag when if he ever leave it beside and sms on this phone!! Wuhuuu...... 13k gone!! Buying equipment at SG is way cheaper than Malaysia(Please do not convert to RM, u earn there and spend there).. a 70-200vr2 and D700 cost less than SGD6k, but at Malaysia u have to pay a cool Rm14k for both, see what i mean? |

QUOTE(aldosoesilo @ Jan 9 2011, 07:42 PM) 1 pic. is it OOF or something?? Seems like focused on the hand instead of eyes, btw the D7000 in low light no match for D700/D3/D3s, so it's not a monster, only a puppy 2. nicely taken. sigma 50mm 1.4?? or 1.5? Yeahh.. d7000 is a monster in low light situation.. hahaha Added on January 9, 2011, 7:55 pm » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Bliz: Jan 9 2011, 08:15 PM |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jan 10 2011, 09:21 AM) Lol, i haven't compared to Nikkor before but based on my observations from testing the lens a while at Nikon Center, I would say the Nikon is sharper wide open, focusing nikkor of course faster but HSM is not slow either(way better than any D lens)... colour seems to be good, that's why I requested some 24-70 files from you yesterday This post has been edited by Bliz: Jan 10 2011, 10:59 AM |

If using wireless flash device (like from Pocketwizard, phottoxand so on) to trigger, that means we can't use speed higher than 1/250s even with auto FP on right?

I think your case is like it shoot, then refocus, then shoot. Just set your shutter button to release priority(will shoot no matter in focus or not), i have set mine to focus priority instead(default setting is release priority, check under your user manual where's the setting)Side note, 85mm bokeh. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Bliz: Jan 14 2011, 10:09 AM |
