CNY is coming and I need a wireless trigger for my D700. The one for D90 does not work on D700!

I checked the wireless trigger for D700 cost like RM648 from Shashinki.com

http://shashinki.com/shop/nikon-compact-mo...mbd1-p-153.html

Anyone here using wireless trigger for their D700? (D3/D300 using same type?) Need to get one for group photo =/.
*
Walauuu..... this really sucks eh!! a normal cheapo 40 bucks ML-L3 can't work on FX bodies?? >.<

ML-L3 should work on D7000. The D300 and above doesn't have IR capability if not mistaken. Need to use the jack at the front there...
*
Yea it does work on D7000, hav IR front n back..... wonder why those semipro above body dont have IR, coz IR cant be weather sealed? hahaa...... really pain in ass lack of this

I'm always afraid to help people shoot using their DSLR. Got one time during wedding dinner, was given a Canon 1000D to shoot. Because I never used that camera before, I have no idea how to set the aperture, SS, etc. What to do, had to go with 1/30s on AUTO, took a deep breath, and gently squeeze the shutter. sweat.gif

Juz pop the flash n shoot for them, haha.... easy... it wont go very wrong

aiyooo  doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif

that day sent my D7000 back to nikon coz of stuck shutter and mirror. today went to collect back...they said replaced shutter unit and aperture controller. after test a while, notice got few specks of dust on the sensor. ask them to clean then after that i test again....realize no beep. check the settings, still no beep. so the counter staff went back in and after a while came out and say have to send back again. =.=

WHY SO LOUSY WANNN????  mad.gif  mad.gif  something that was working now not working already. make things worse man!
*
That's y I asked for replacement, haha.... coz I know if my new unit masuk kilang, sure kena raped out..... the shutter sure let them abuse to test, den sure very bad in handling my baby, throw here n there..... They juz wrap in plastic bag with label den throw in a box waiting for repair

Buying equipment at SG is way cheaper than Malaysia(Please do not convert to RM, u earn there and spend there).. a 70-200vr2 and D700 cost less than SGD6k, but at Malaysia u have to pay a cool Rm14k for both, see what i mean? whistling.gif
*
Same goes to branded stuff, my gf bugging for those branded bags, where malaysia is twice more expensive, same condition, if you work and earn at SG. Bag that is SGD 1k+ there, in Malaysia is 2.5k+ =.= . That's y nobody in SG get fake LV, Malaysia whole street oso fake stuff, yukksss.....

Not really, depends what items u bought..
If got promotion, it is even more cheaper than Msia by RM100 to RM200.
But the cheapest so far is in HK (cheaper by RM400 to RM500), the only problem is if wanna claim warranty... u need to fly back to HK to claim.
*
Actually Nikon's international warranty doesnt works? Only guaranteed by their own origin distributor country??
