eric: Purchasing of the property legal fee is covered by the developer panel lawyer - but legal fee for your bank loan is not- but it looks like if you use the same lawyer from the developer you will get 50% discount.

If sign S&P together - what is the benefit ? besides negotiating for cheaper legal fees for the loan?

Well Bukit Jalil launching new condo by Berjaya - cheapest RM600K for 1300 square feat - compare that - only thing they can walk to golf course which member fees not included yet.

Also crazee MCA minister saw a few months ago we can emulate 1st world country like Japan where loan can be paid by the 2 ndor even 3rd generation of the loan applicant. I hear also want to vomit blood.
