Road side parking by Sri jati 1n2 condo resi quite serious. Due to these 2 old condos only come with 1 cp. 2 ways road become 1 way road. Need to pass by this 2 condo... Access to this r8 condo become bad.

Near mosque ready for Friday afternoon double triple park.

As usual jam during weekday pipu go work and back from work.

So far this r8 is the best looking building facade around.

I think that area Jam start around 9am..gua.

If serious jam may take u more than 25mins+ to reach kl city. No jam roughly 10min+ can reach.

If not using main road To kl. Can turn left use oug back road to kl. okr traffic improve a lot Liao. N r8 got many other alternative road to kl. no need die die use okr road.

Hi All,

I own a unit in R8 and just bumped into this thread recently. I would like to thank God I did not come across this thread during my purchase of R8... which seriously more than 80% negative comments on the project and developer. I think I will not invest if I do follow this thread.

However, just for an update, my current rental for the smallest unit in R8 is RM3.6k from beginning and its already my 2nd tenant. Everything not as bad as mentioned. No right or wrong... but just everyone's assumption. I would say trust no one, do your own research.
