Hi, how's the condition of this property? is it worth buying? is the traffic very congested? plan to get one but saw alot for rent and for sale.. so a bit skeptical

Hi All,
I own a unit in R8 and just bumped into this thread recently. I would like to thank God I did not come across this thread during my purchase of R8... which seriously more than 80% negative comments on the project and developer. I think I will not invest if I do follow this thread. However, just for an update, my current rental for the smallest unit in R8 is RM3.6k from beginning and its already my 2nd tenant. Everything not as bad as mentioned. No right or wrong... but just everyone's assumption. I would say trust no one, do your own research. Cheers!
