1st confront them 1st. i guess they also sufferin d same thing u r havin?? giv them 3days to stop d barking. if no action been taken.report to Muncipal Council.

u explain to them ur situation. sayin its too noisy.
revenge wat?? their dog r noisy n they need to understand their neighbour concern as well... u can go police station n do a writings (forgot call wat). say i was threaten by my neightbour bla bla bla... so if anything happen to u, the police will find them.. |
