hi morning Not sure if  i can ask u an advise on this regarding my neighbour dog there is 3 dog in single storey house its been 3 years the dog been barking non stop to people pass by their house or even us back to our home .it's also non stop barking by day and night.

the owner seems not really care it and they seems fine with it even when it's barking to little kids . seems no vaccination or license for 3 doggo. one seems leg got problem.  but the barking sound really cause some distress to Me n family. what should we do ? thanks

Thanks for your reply however problem is my house dun have old folks and children just I feel stress with daily barking since 3 years already day and night or whenever we back to home it's also barking loud the owner are okay with it.  .I'm very sure they dun have license to have it coz they never bring it out from house also  . And the dog don't have proper training and more and more louder barking each day. I did write an email with kebajikan haiwan veterinarian however they ask me refer to majlis perbandaran.Which I dunno contact who in cheras kl area.
Seems not helpful also 😕 I think not only my area one house each of house got two dogs  only problem is my opposite got 3 dogs
Very headache with sudden barking sometimes.
