i also dont know how to find the root cause...
i'm try to searching all the forum, it says, china product got prob with internal sensor by giving false reading and the reading is taken inside the chiller itself where the heat being generate..
the funny thing is, when the chiller running bout 2 hours and never stop, i will off the switch and on back after 15 minutes, the reading is 26.3 and decrease..before switch off, the reading is 28.0c...

and i wonder why is my two unit got same damn problem..and other user does not face the problem like mine..it doesnt make any sense.. cry.gif

I haven't read about similar prob like yours.
It should be your equipment setting

27 liow..here is raining now.

meaning, the water from tank flow into chiller already cold enough..thats why internal sensor detect reading 26.3 and decrease.

and hc-300 spec required about 1000-2400 l/hr

currently i'm on 3feet tank and use ejet 3388 to support chiller and and filtering. my canister contain bio rio 4 litre.
what do you guys opinion on adding another canister?eheim 2217 perhaps? will it affect my flora and fauna?

you should try daily..
i'm using BK, BSHADE, BLIGHT, GREEN GAIN,GREEN BACTER,ECA,PYTHON GIT for everyday dosing..
