Yeah. Many types of cories. Price will vary greatly too. Ranging from RM2.50 to RM400...

Sharing some pics of my moss. Growing under high lighting:

Cories are not difficult to keep. Just need to ensure proper water conditions and tank setup before you add them into the tank:

1. If new setup, just need to ensure your aquarium is properly cycled.
2. The regular cheap 'black sand' found in most LFS are not safe for cories. They're too sharp and will hurt the cories' mouth and barbles.
3. Need to at least have an aquarium fan and proper filtration.

When setting up a new aquarium, budget will always be tight, but I tend to prioritize the tank and filter. If get cheaper tank, also can, but having a thin glass tank makes it easier to crack.

Some good sites to read about cories:

Need to pay attention to the cories' barbles (aka misai) at the mouth. If you can seem to see it, then very likely they won't live long liao.

thanks. i was thinking of puttting a fleet of cories with my guppies and sailfin molly.
my tank are conditioned, but i am having doubt whether it would survive in the tank as i have those 'giant' guppies.

Try not to overstock on fish in the aquarium. Less potential problems.

Better to tackle the 'not so clear' water issue at the source, rather than rely on chemicals or special filter media, IMHO.

If you can afford 2217 for your 3ft tank. Go for it. I have a 2217 and 2213 for my 3ft. 2215 feels just ngam ngam for 3ft. If you plant densely, the flow is a little lacking for my taste.

The new Amazonia is coming soon, I think. Amazonia 2 is no longer available in the market.

wah!!! then what plant good for carpet?
*
Echinodorus tenellus or Sagittaria subulata are good beginner carpet plants for those with medium lighting or less. S subulata needs at least 3ft tank, if you plan for it to be in the foreground.

Whenever you choose a tank, try to get those with thicker glasses. I prefer my plants to be in the tank than on the living room floor tongue.gif

just wanna ask..
is it ok to put neon tetra and guppy together?????
*
Can, but not optimal. Neon tetras do better in more acidic water. If aquarium is small, some fin nipping might occur.

Should have done a bit of research before adding in a puffer, bro. And yes, better not release it into our lakes and rivers.
