the flow is like this..
i think u should set up like this:
inlet (chiller) -> chillerr -> outlet (chiller) -> Inlet (filter) -> filter -> outlet (filter)
try to get a check valve for ur hose connection for chiller, while u syphone out the water to fill the chiller and connect the hose from ur chiller outlet to ur filter inlet.it's not neceesary to get the pump for ur aquarium to pump the water to ur chiller.
