Before I come into planted, I thought it will cost me a lot. But now I feel actually planted tank is exp when you start up. After that, ferts won't cost much d

Marine is so much to study. Now still research on keeping it. Will gonna start the tank next year. So now got a bit budget ma do the tank first lo smile.gif

My gf like fire red shrimp because it is contrast with green plants in the tank
Give me some kingkongs then I breed them for you tongue.gif

What is the light spectrum you having?
As what I know, normal LED are not able to penetrate deep water. That's why it is not encourage to use in planted or marine tank

So your ip65 is 60LED per meter and ip86 is 30LED.
how long is thier life span?
Do you have any customer using it now?

Sifu michanz: I not sure how we gonna calculate the w/L for LED? any idea? If other ppl is using 250w MH, then I need 30meters of these LEDs? @.@

flow rate is at least 1000L/H is recommended if you are really in planted tank.

some certain moss can survive up to 29C or 30C. "One that stands" are you referring to rotala?

DIY fan is used to BLOW air to water surface. not suck smile.gif

lighting is depending on your tank size (how deep) and budget

your tank is 46 inch deep ?! or 46cm(also very deep)?

to control algea, otto or Siamese algea eater (sae) is used in planted tank.
