Someone told me that if you have Superuser app installed in your device, it means your phone has been rooted.

Universal Androot app also can tell if your phone is already rooted or not. When you press "go root" and notification popped out saying "your device already rooted!", it means your phone is rooted.

Added on February 8, 2011, 6:48 pmwith 3D graphic, I am very impressed how smooth it is on G5. it will become laggy when u r in a heavy battle since it involves lot a units and high effect spells.

in term of internet connection, I played Pocket Legends with 2G most of the time, and it works fine for me. there are times when your ping become so high and even reached 30k ping. however, i have tested it on iphone 3g, the same problem occurred. i guessed the ping issues are falls under the developer's concern to solve it.

Im not sure about this one. But this is the best thing we can do if we want to claim warranty. and when they ask about it, you say: "what? i never root my phone before. what is root by the way???" xD

for time being there is no reliable third party lockscreen app.

after fully satisfied with current mota's firmware (2.0.8b), i started to pay attention to app that able to perform this kind of task: extracting friends' info on facebook, and sync it into google contact (includes birthday, pictures etc...)

i have done some homework, and these are what i've discovered so far.

3 types:


GT-I5500 is europe version
GT-I5503 is SEA version
GT-I5508 is China version


IMO, 5500 and 5503 does not have much difference. both have the same hardware and can flash the same firmware. but you wont get the exact GT-I5500 at Malaysia

GT-I5508 is with resistive screen. it is a different hardware and cant use the same firmware (compared to 5500 and 5503) to flash.
