dunno worr, for clock i just use minimalist text and alarm klock. for calendar its the stock one and astrid tasks for more to do stuff.

Anyone tried any lockscreen apps?
I've used GOTO and i find it's not responsive enough, takes me about 5-8 seconds to unlock the phone sometimes.

maybe try writing a script that dump the birthday and email into a csv , then you upload via contacts.
