No, its on demand, once your apps request cpu it will increase the clock
It takes like i cpu cycle
Divide 1/122X10^6 will give you the delay
like 8nano seconds

anyone can help me...i cant install angry bird..not enough space as the phone message pop out..

the reason at 1st place i uninstalled it is that got 2 iconfor angry bird...so i delete both of them..

try to re install..not enough space...
