Need you guys advise, currently wifey is using the WF unfortunately still can't update Froyo since it's 1.15. The only way to update is by RUU to 1.25 at the moment but it'll be like new installation everything will be wipe-out, so need to backup everything 1st.
Btw, in term of functionality & performance after upgrade to Froyo is it significant enough for all the trouble or just wait for the official (which might not arrive until Feb) since it is not my phone & probably might left out some items during backup, afraid all those nagging if left out something. hmm.gif notworthy.gif

no rush. u either can wait or just update RUU 1.25.. the backup is so simple. contacts + sms + media. backup at htc sync + sms backup at the phone. what can go wrong?

depends on u. wait or update.

SMS & media should be ok for backup but contact can't be seen when I use HTC Sync, any idea?
Sim card can't copy all the contact.

I dl HTC Sync from HTC website last week but can't see contact. Do I need to use MS outlook also? So far never use outlook on my PC yet.
