tested with Iphone 4... if you say wildfire is 10 sec, i can say both quite similar time.. but Iphone 4 detect speed is very fast indeed... sometime not even 10 sec, what i see la...
i use my colleague's iphone 4 papago at SG coz i did not install any ahem version on mine...

i'm not sure how does it works but my fren just click on papago then after a while it locks... even we have yet to go out of the hotel car park... not sure he fully closed the apps or is it running but after he clicks it, it catches our location quite fast... i tested it at a few location... my SG office, hotel, JB and a few times in klang valley...

do you realise that you will have missed call after u use the net or playing with something which needs data...
it happens... so no choice...

the speed improvement is marginal... but the smoothness is better and u can install more apps coz u can move certain supported program to memory card... that is the most important thing...

bro i think you better skip it... have you see a working unit??? i don like the washout LCD... sorry cos it is just normal LCD...

try to install more software you will notice that the phone is smoother than Eclair... it manage the ram better than eclair... i was like you once i updates it but after sometime i know what is the advantages already... i can install more things inside my phone than eclair...

u need around 400mb to install the maps of malaysia and sg only... it uses GPS so it works like normal GPS devices...

bro do you need any $$$ on a GPS device??? NO NO NO you don not need any $$$$.... u need to buy the maps and device only others when u use it is free....

it is your memory in the phone which is not enough??? read properly... the maps u only need to copy a folder (NaviSEA) into the memory card root directory...

Sorry my fren just double confirm you need around 700mb in your SD card to put in the NaviSEA folder (with map)

AGPS is a system where it tell GPS where approximate are you... about 500 meters ~ 1km accuracy then GPS will lock you faster to the exact position...

turn off your data plan it will not charge you

DHD is nice??? actually when i try to use others i find out HTC sense is just good for normal use... for better customization you need others more flexible home apps...

as posted on the 1st page you need to flash your firmware to 1.25 then only can upgrade... if you don't want to try yourself pls go to SIS service center...
