Already update to froyo just now.
Here my experience.
-Weather widget will work at the moment, but it will become blank and cannot click update, that mean cannot work.
-Wifi power is stonger.
-Hotspot build in, thats mean you handcarry a wireless router. (please don't lunch it, it will deduct your account balance)
-Move all the application to SD card.
-Now you can set ringtone, media, alarm and notification on each volume.

Thats all for now, will keep update it.

I didn't back up the memory after I press hard reset, the memory card still contain all the file.

Better charge it until full before you update it, it will take about 6 or 7 minutes to install and reboot.

I think HTC will release the new patch again, since the weather widget got problem.

My sms was erase due to i didn't backup and the contact still have because all the contact number default memory is simcard.

setting > applications > manage applications
Select the application and then click move to SD card.

When after update the froyo, the sms/mms still have it, but when I hard reset it, then all sms/mms gone.

Cannot say like that, because simcard capacity was very small, how come we can move a few hundred sms to simcard?

After update will not delete all your data inside your phone, unless hard reset for it just what I am done just now

I do hard reset just because the weather widget didn't not function well, but after done hard reset, still the same. I think thats the bug on this patch.
