Hi, how do you guys subscribe to Astro? I have completed the new subscription using the online form at the astro's page and all I get is a message saying my submission is succesful and my ticket id. What's next after this, they will call me to come to my house for installation? How long can I expect this to be (I do not want to miss the year end promotion)?

I have emailed to the customer service many times but I do not think they ever check the mails. I tried calling to the customer service number but the person is not helpful either. She even gave me wrong info that there is no extra fee for future package add ons (The term and conditions stated otherwise).

Any input? Thanks smile.gif

i already got my astro installed, in less than 2 weeks..not sure if my email to the customer service has anything to do with it though.

Added on January 2, 2011, 1:36 pmbtw, should we switch off the decoder or just let it on stand by mode?

I guess, you have just to wait.. or call Astro with your ticket number. The astro will tell you how long they'll take to come to ur house..

Hi everyone,

I would like to be able to view 2 different Astro channels on 2 TV simultaneously.
Unlees there are other alternatives, I may have to subscribe for and additional decoder.

Any promotion to subscribe for additional decoder?
