i just got conned too! it's just 110bucks but how do i report?

he text straight to my phone n telling me that he wanted to sell off the item. cos i nvr tot of this would happened to me cos i been purchasing online years ago. =(

i bankin for him on 10th of feb thru atm interbanking, supposingly to be received straight but he kept on telling me that he dint received the payment, telling me the system is floating and asked me to bank in the other time for him then he will return me the 1st payment, i smell fishy there n i refuse to do so. he started to sound annoyed. * maybe he thk that 110bucks is too little for him to con?*  i sent him my receipt thru mms but he kept on saying that he dint received the payment. till now he refused to answer my call saying that was working. funniest part, he texted me :

" either u dint bank in at or the bank fault, i'm done of explaining here. tq. "

wtf.

i tried to asked my bf to call him but he dint answer at all. =(

until, i google his name, all these came out n now i knew tat my instinct was so accurate.

TSH got another victim.....huh

Friendly reminder. This is what happen and how the scam happen to my friend.

Friend of mine wanted to buy a webcam. He post WTB webcam in garage sales.

and he also looking at some topic that selling the webcam that he want ( Note: he didnt post anything on what webcam he want)

And this Ting guy say that he has a webcam which he wanted

to sell my friend this webcam which is a very good webcam and is the one that my friend want it for very long. The Ting sms him straight away ( i

assume he get the number from my friend's other post because my friend didnt give the number to this Ting before,
the number is ‎0128558772 , is Ting's new number i think)

and the account number is 1111 2306 6117 ting seng hui,

My friend get his sms, and without suspicious, he bank in the money straight away. He did not get the web cam, i immediately google Ting Seng Hui name, it brought me here.
What should i report?? zzz..**** this guy.!!

Btw, yes, i believe TSH just using json nick.. not more then that. And i hope, u and ur gf can make a police report if u serious mad at him.

I think you should ask Json to clarify here.
But if you read the modus operandi, you'll most probably notice this is an ABC scam.
Unless you can prove otherwise you have PM communication with Json.

What I can tell is the latest IP posting done by Json is from KL which his sales thread also mentioned COD in leisure mall.

Ting Seng Hui's IP whenever we managed to catch/detect is always from East Malaysia because he resides there.

So pls cool your head and read this whole topic and contact Json.
