for me, i m having this prob for quite some time. same as u, i chose 'select connection mode on connection' , and whenever i press 'mass storage' (i transfer my mp3 / pics between pc and my phone using this method) the 1st time my phone will goes to home screen, but my pc showed it is conected (and my phone is 'charging' - means they r connected). but i just cant c the drive mount on my pc.

my solution?

well, normally i jus disconnect my usb cable, plug it in again.. and it will work well after that.

i i have not been able to find out whats the prob. Hopefully some 1 has a solution here.. or at least the reason

i am quite happy with Darky's 8.0's batt life. unplugged since 6.30 am this morning, now still 49% left

- connected to wifi 80% of the time
- auto sync off
- minimum stock browser web surfing
- moderate whatsapp chatting
- approx 10 - 15 mins phone call
- 5 home screen but no widget that requires data update

how bout u guys?
