need some advice and opinion about cloud computing here.

i've planned to create a front-end web application for XEN hypervisor. the web application is to provision the resources.
i did some studies and research on how to config XEN and it says that it can be done via CLI with by system admin. i also found xen-man and convirt available to do the management.
so this does not solve my problem because i want my users to be able to select & customize the resource on their own.

any sifus here can give some idea?
