android noob here.. just bought my lady x10i yesterday.. i have some question want to ask here??

what is d diff between x10 and x10i??
how can i optimize my processor usage since it has 1ghz proc??


seriously i dont understand what is the term "root" and "flashing" .. after read all comment here i still dont get it.. can all sifus here help me on this..

ps: i am iphone owner and all iphone hack/ jb is very easy to me.. but android, totally blank lulz...
