Good observation. Interest rate for commercial property loan is higher. Most importantly, it cannot be sold to foreigners and locals show less interest in office suites.some more below 1m, cannot sell to foreigner, if i buy now, next time dunno sell to who.. cannot be so many cash rich ppl
