for commercial title, loan margin, tenure, and interest not so good... basically everything is much more expensive than normal residential property
some more below 1m, cannot sell to foreigner, if i buy now, next time dunno sell to who.. cannot be so many cash rich ppl i also not sure buy or not, but seem like renting is better than buy... |
