but capital required quite steep if considering commercial loan only up to 85percent max and 25 yrs of tenure. so for a 500k prop will be about 75k min dp, and installment of 2.3k per month @4.4% int rate vs if under resi loan, dp is 50k and installment at 2.1k per month at same rate. commie loan rate i think higher than resi normally. part of consideration i guess.

stayed over at ss airbnb over the weekend. seem like quite busy with tourist and stayers.feeling a bit odd when saw one couple carrying groceries and veggies into lift while and in same lift got a few guys in office attires. and not to mention the access gate remind me of office definitely. there is a check in counter managed by some foreigners, look like students working part time. so i presume some units are rented out like hotel wherey check in is thru this counter?. a new shop looks like opening at lobby. currently already have a coffee shop/restaurant, one mynews retail shop and a smaller retail shop. access to jalan cendana a bit messy to me with only one access and exit. Swimming pool area looks better in pic than real life. maybe cos high expectation previously. overall still feel like a new place. lift is fast and looks new. so i presume maintenance is good. parking access to higher floor is terribly narrow though. have to be very careful. nearby like not much eatery spot i think. have to walk towards klcc for pelita or other spots. walkability to klcc is medium distance for me. maybe 10-15 mints walking? oh and crest next door looks like abandoned building with no occupancy sighted. sumore nearer to the cemetary. quite spooky. whats the story though?

average psf is still about 1018psf. is it really under market value for such a bulk buy?
