Selling price not including carpark. Carpark would be rental out at $250 per month.
Heard kiara realty people said that 1 unit allow to rent 1 carpark only.
If whole tower fully occupied i believe their is not enough car parking. Check b4 u buy.
Construction period is 4 years. So u have to serve bank interest for 4 years.

One more thing. If the bank not appove your loan. U would not be entitle to refund your $20k
