Now this place at airbnb sibeh hot. Quite high demand. Some owner change their unit by putting more bunk beds. 1 small units can fit up to 12 persons at airbnb.

the stay next to kl city office with walking distance only trend is back... especially for expats.
they prefer stay condo/apartment with walking distance to office now. recently manyak n manyak expats requested. moved from surburb kl area back to kl city area mostly requested from banks macam citibank, hsbc... also mnc and some telco companies. no more public transport for them macam lrt, bus and car transport for them. just too jam pack during peak hour. pay money squeeze like sartin fish can. expats budget shrink. manyak kl city old condo with similar size rental way way cheaper than manyak suburb city area lrt condo with kisao high price high rental. Walking distance to office is a trend now.
