important for buyer to know that this is a Small Office and not a semifurnished or fully furnished condominium as listed or pushed as.

time to get educated lor ... got sprinkler system ah? got allocted carpark kah? got people stay next to you ah? night time your neighbours all go home u also go home.

charges the same ah?

an informed choice is a very great service to many who buy this box.

i wonder if the fact that it is purely commercial, is already priced in at the present price. anyway better safe than sorry, best to know what sort of relationship you are buying into. blush.gif

We must meet one day, i can learn so much from you. You have soooo many Stars ... anyways I am still learning. I am new to properties, and the first one I bought was a small office versatile office. I regret it a lot because I thought I could stay there. But I am quite worried because since last year there are very few neighbors. On the same floor some are used as offices. I am trying to sell it, thats why i noticed what KO Tai Goh mentioned in this post. In the mean time i am struggling to pay for the loan, service charges. The developer insisted (and still insists) that I can move in to stay. I don't feel so safe.

Thanks Kochin Gor for highlighting the possible scenarios of buying into Small Offices Versatile/Flexible/X Offices to poorly informed new home buyers. Unfortunately at least 70% of these buyers will not be on LYN or reading this thread.

Shame on (I can't remember the name of) the forumer (s) who know and persists to distort the true picture with comparisons between girls and Pondans. I don't like his comments.

Anyway, in my case, as in the case of this property ... everyone has made money if they are investors who bought off the plan. i think the fact that it is listing at about 1100 in the subsale market, then the fact that it is an office has been priced in. Anyway the market is not as resilient as before and people are more cautious with their money lately.

I am going to read some of the other threads now. talk about starting slow. one step at a time, wish me luck on selling my SOVO ... muacks. tongue.gif

this listing is false. so are many others.

Can one of the owners look up their DMC and take a photo to show that residence is not allowed. If that is not stated then either they are silent on "residence" or they may say purely for "office use only" or they may say "residence allowed" ha ha

but like the management office said, it looks like it is not for residing in.
