Any more for sales? What is the package? Semi furnished with car park? Is this use as residential or office? The bad points are its nearby cementary and leasehold status. And no car park. Any comments fr sifus if this good for investment.

No carpark but can rent. No issue. Only even you can rent cheap, surrounding klcc got so many choices to pick. Stiff competition. Need really strong holding power before your unit can be rented out.
