But hor must clap hand oso cos got ppl bot mono project at 1kpsf in 2010 n sold at 1.6kpsf in 2013. But a quick check in brickz most sold below 1.4kpsf or should I say non sold above 1.4psf.
Anw another quick check mono launched 700psf but got ppl pay 1kpsf. Simple calculation shows additional 300psf paid hence additional 300psf when sold??? Oh yeah 2013 vs 2015. And btw huge loan for ss @ 4.8% interest in 2014??? Sthg is not rite. Ok I beta shadup. Attached thumbnail(s)
