QUOTE(webby88 @ Jan 14 2011, 11:38 PM) Cemetary view abit more tricky to avoid for some units. I think the YNH development got large gaps for the premium cemetary view. Maybe this also give you KLCC viewing too. i am guessing that maybe, just maybe, certain units will get a clear KLCC view leh... Added on January 14, 2011, 11:42 pmMy fren, without invite, i dun think the guards (2 of them!) will allow you to enter the gallery which contained the model, sales charts... weird, i din notice their brochures.. i didnt ask the banker regarding the margin, but is BLR-2.00%
Added on January 15, 2011, 12:33 amPersonally i think this SS is not bad, just doesnt have free car park only. If wanna buy, will go for the small unit below RM400k.

Good luck to all those buying...
Just be early tomolo, still got good units...
Added on January 15, 2011, 1:13 ami thought SOHO is considered commercial, Small Office Home Office. 2 Offices vs 1 Home...
Yes, serviced apartment is subject to the HDA although on commercial title.
Any bankers can help to define this LTV effect to soho & SA?

Firstly if it is not protected by HDA, a bit unsafe...
Commercial property, pls make sure you read the SPA properly... especially the smallest fonts...
The loophole... haha... Dont underestimate BNM... BNM got a lot of smart & clever people...

QUOTE(wonghs @ Feb 26 2011, 11:15 AM) sooo expensive... GRR coz it is not market value... Need to rewrite this statement:- MOST of the projects with GRR mainly becoz it is not market value... Fairly priced projects or good projects do NOT need GRR, such as SS (dun misunderstand me, i am not promoting SS as i am not vested)...
