Very busy side.... the road so many lubangs..... cendana residence is complaining....

i think is 2011... that time need to Q to enter the sale office... as early as 7am.... ard 370k for the smallest unit....

should be 48mths... target completion i think in early 2015...

total 35 story... way to go...

The entry price quite reasonable... if managed to rent out around 2k... then why kill the goose...

The lawyer who prepare the SPA... also bought a unit... and already plan to move there once completed... thats was 2 years back.... not sure whether the plan still on... haha

cant remember the name.... is the lawyer that prepare my summer suites SPA.... she bought a big unit... and told me want to move the firm there once ready.... thats was back in 2011

My habitat2 klcc is doing that... and many places in HK is doing the same....

Not too sure the number of units.... but u can try agoda (Klcc area)... quite a numbers of residence units managed by some small hotel mgmt co.

Received a letter from sunrise... Another 10% completed.... Make up a total of 50%.... Very fast.... Need to pay More interest next year....
