Moreover, this one is not grade A office.. many soxo investors (not soho like bingai8) are struggling & this one has no carpark which is imp fr bosses

Ultimately, this location is probably the most inferior n cheapest part of KLCC.. We will see how things work out in the next few months la..

I must say Giggs is no uncle but is young n rich drool.gif drool.gif What are u goin to do with ur SOVO (where is it btw).. This is the reason why many seasoned investors avoid hybrid products that try to portray themselves as apartments.

Asking prices n rental here has came down A LOT. The best part is that it can fall further given the current economy, 0 Airbnb and the preference of locals not to rent in the city centre effectively wiping out the tenant pool.
