Cap is ok, but must be reasonable...current proposes cap all a joke (Unifi, Maxis etc)....at least 300GB a month for 5Mbps and above. Once exceeded quota, then throttle to half the speed, say 2.5Mbps. If 10Mbps, throttle to 5Mbps...now this fair. What i know from UNIFI, once exceed, will throttle to only 1Mbps....back 1990's???
