Word.It's not that the heavy users are taking too much of the pie, the pie is just isn't enough. Come on, all that talk about increasing broadband penetration but not broadband quality? There's more and more people on the same infrastructure. Give us a break, upgrade your facilities. 512kbps? are u serious? that's not even heard off in some countries.
