I bet Stephen Elop "accidentally leaked" it. Microsoft must have been tired of all the positive comments about MeeGo (even from Engadget) that they decided to raise some interest in WP7 again.

But to me it looks like any other WP7 device, that's the problem of enforcing the same GUI.

Hi all, I wanna to ask, how u all install full version games to wp7 phone? I happily took out my credit card to buy the game I waited for so long... After filling everything and summit, WT.... cant go...

Well, my account already tied to a credit card when use on XBOXLive so that just carried over.

maybe you can try attaching the payment method on the Xbox live website and see, instead of using the phone.

Login using the LiveID you used for your phone... you might be asked to create a GamerTag, do so.

Now in the upper right hand corner of the page, you'll see your login information.

- Click on Add Points
- Select the least amount of points and then click NEXT.
- You'll be brought to a payment screen asking you about payment type.
- Add a new Credit Card.
- LIE about your address, Google a Singapore address and use it, but keep your name, and other credit card information legit.
- Click on SAVE, if your card gets validated you'll see it on the list of credit cards. If not it'll complain about failure to validate.
- Once validated DO NOT complete the purchase of the Microsoft Points obviously, once you have a card in your account it'll be accesible by your phone.

Don't make a difference, unlocking your WP7 just allows you to sideload. Xbox Live and Marketplace will still know your xaps are pirated. And Mango will stop xaps.

This is one of the few reasons why I still kept by HD2 at WM 6.5.x

Ooo... you hit the achilles heel right here...

1. No configurable MMS options for WP7 at this moment. Depending on what phone you use, there might be an OEM automatic profile configurator. Like my Omnia 7 has "Network Profile" and I think HTC has "Connection Setup". Microsoft already knows this, so it WILL be addressed in the Mango release.

2. See the thing about DiGi is their network SUCKS. Other operators will have the ability to autoconfigure, but not DiGi, and throw in that with WP7...

3. Ad hoc wireless network works just fine for me. Connects like any other wireless network. It's the hidden Wifi that you need to worry about, because WP7 can't pick up hidden SSIDs.

4. Multitasking not implemented in current WP7. It WILL be available with Mango update though (which is due late October)

Finally I own a Samsung Omnia 7...what a nice phone...updated to 7.0.7390.0. I bought ilomilo for $7.99 on Saturday but they havent deduct my card yet...issit going to be free or what? xD

it take 3 days to 1 weeks to deduct your credit card. dont worry as your purchase is not free. :-p
