I think they're suffling, changing, or adding new BRAS to re-organize their traffic management or QoS, gotta do speed check again.
Yup, noticed tat too, this morning my ip was 115.xx.xx... jsut now, its already changed to 60.xx.xx and its located at Kota kinabalu! Im at sarawak, surfing is fast, but i can only get 30kb/sec fro downld.....
