Streamyx technician at my area asking whether they can close the report or not, but although my speed get to normal already, I am still worrying, as someone in v2 version of this thread reported that his/her speed capped again after they close the report.

Have you people disabled your all security software including Antivirus and Firewall before doing speed test?

If you have done so but still the speed test result showing slow speed, then that is really TM's problem.

Else, disable those security software first and then test again.
