anyone here can give some comment on Arsenal of Democracy? it's currently on sale at Steam and i'm thinking to buy it.

Buy Darkest Hour instead. It's the best version of Hearts of Iron 2

Well I bought AoD since it's cheaper right now. (no discount for Darkest Hour)

Now the problem, the download seems stuck at 99% forever did some research but still can't find any solution.

Too bad, no EU3 sales. Gonna have to wait then. :/

Anyway, I just completed a game as Austria. Pretty fun being emperor of the HRE, it's like a minigame where you have to juggle your relationship with every other duchy in the empire.

It's a grand strategic game with hands-off warfare. The closest I can describe is Civilization... with more stats and buttons and less arcadey.
