Anyone succeed in exchange a brand new ipad due to Image distortion in the screen after few months of usage?

I just got mine replace about a week ago, not to sure brand new though as it didn't came in the box only the unit it self, how to check whether brand new or refurbish? The exchange was done via machine service center.

Do you know what causing the image distortion? i really no idea what i done... its like using it now.. the next minutes i turn on, screen went crazy...

So, they didn't give u within an unboxing? Is it on the spot exchange?

4 months, no idea what causes it , much like yours using it one day , next day turn on ,all color gone but red.
The exchange took 3 days as they need to check and make sure that the damage was not done by water or gravity.
The iPad was wrap in a plastic much like when I first took it out of the box.

wufei : lucky u got problem earlier.. i have been fully utilize almost all the space on my 64GB..haha.. Now have to "refill" once i got a replacement.

hye guys.. am a new user of ipad.. i just bought the 32GB this evening.. happy playing with it.. but suddenly after i press a restart button on one of the 3rd party apps, everythings seems to be miserable.. after the ipad restart, i cant even use any of the apps.. help...

I got some problem here... My iPad (wifi only) got issue, keep on loading on net every time after return from standby mode. Basically I need to either restart/reboot or turn off/on the wifi to surf back again. Using safari.

Address in Ampang KL. Received on 19 Jan. But good service from DHL though. When they first delivered, nobody was home. And then within an hour of calling them to re-deliver, finally got hold of the Ipad!

Added on January 23, 2011, 6:10 pmI am facing the same issue too, but i thought this is normal? Happens in my iphone too. However, i notice this happened only after i upgraded to ios 4.2. Perhaps a battery saving feature?

got my maxis hotlink dataplan from DoomX (garage sales of course, i don't have iphone )
will giving review after chinese new year... since in KL are both digi and maxis speed are pretty much no difference.

had to see my area Bercham (North a bit bit compare to Ipoh area, Perak) got network or not...

by the way...ipad 3G users, can ipad 3G check in with foursquare?

ipad wifi can check in foursquare, ipad 3G shouldn't have any problem check in .

i'm a ipad wifi only... pai seh can't actual help for previous questions.

The notebook which I install iTunes and sync my iPad has crashed.
Can I re-install a fresh OS with iTunes and resync ?
Will I get back all the apps from the iPad back to the freshly installed computer ?

Been looking for a good document reader , I have been using Goodreader and it actually works well but seems it is not really good in .PDF , quite lagging and not really smooth. Any recommendation? I was hoping for a universal viewer like Goodreader but work better than it
