Problem is... if u dun pay tax.. they will not even send back to sender...

I had a parcel with "tax" issues.... and even after I went there and instructed them to return to sender... the sender never got it....

Hmm, so they just left there only? waiting only pay teh tax then just release to me? so meaning the sender refund to u then?

pretty sure its not their fault. its the terrible delivery efficiency on our side.
won't be surprised if the workers at pos malaysia actually steal our stuff.

they'll deposit the same amount you paid into the account you used to make the payment.
won't take long, if i remember correctly, mine took 2 working days.

Thx for ur advise, i received reply from ASOS customer care today, they mentioned if i refuse to pay the tax then it will take very long time to send the parcel back to them, the refund onli can get once they receive the parcel, so they just ask me to pay the tax & returned to them by ownself. but if i pay the tax already, y i need to send back to ASOS? rclxub.gif i rather keep it for myself because i understand that if i send bak to ASOS, they wouldnt pay me the tax amount, just refund me the total $$ in invoice only.... sad.gif

Dont worry, Asos delivery always delay 1-2 weeks, if after 2 months also didn't receive ur stuff, just email to them to cancel the order, they will refund to you but takes some time , within a week sweat.gif
