Well i must say MBB offers are usually quite ok (if you are willing to dig a bit, alot of offers are not announced).

Their CS is slow (altho I must say the attention from Plat line is much better than the normal line), the 10k treat points they were suppose to transfer from my old card to new card is still missing after nearly a month.

After going thru my 2011-01-11 ocbc ti statement, the rebate calculated is based on statement month.

Rebate cap of RM100+RM20 applies for transaction btw 12-12-10 to 11-1-11
*
Were u entitled for more than the RM100 + RM20 and got capped or did you use below the amount?

It is already 12-Jan. Hope other OCBC Tit holders can give their feedback on the their rebate amount (RM120 + RM50)?

Rebate cap is RM100+RM20 and is based on statement month not calendar month.

not RM100+RM20+RM50 as suggested by some.

As expected. So the first CS feedback I got was correct. Phew.

for those who are not aware, please note that Alliance Bank has discontinued their travel insurance benefit for air ticket purchase. Got confirmation from CS today.

Perhaps add a list of cards providing complimentary travel insurance in first post

just to add - since I was on the line with Alliance CS, asked them how long it takes to for BT application and was informed takes 2 weeks! To be frank, Alliance kind of slow, 1.5 years back asked for credit limit increase no action for a week so complain by email then only got called from them. Would expect fast action after that but yet still took them more than a week to increase my CL and by that time I no longer needed the increase.

I got mine done in abt 9 working days
