My "The Sound of Music" is not arrive and Amazon mistake refund me without my approval. (I request on replacement)

After complain raise, I re-order base on actual price on 1st order (now already increase) + shipping cost all waive (using Expedited International Shipping) and now Amazon is on preparing shipping the order.

** i-Parcel is bad on handling shipment. Haizz.....

I got Visa, but every time I try transaction via internet, keep rejecting, I also don't know why... call the bank ..the bank said no issue and I believe Amazon better in price, who knows it dropping more when it initiate release.
